Spouses of U.S. Citizens
U.S. citizens may sponsor their foreign spouses for permanent residence. For engaged couples, a special visa is also available if your fiancé isn't in the U.S. already. Visit our main site for more details on how to qualify.
Parents, Children and Siblings of U.S. Citizens
Parents and children of U.S. citizens also may qualify for permanent residence without having to wait in line. Children must be under 21 and never married to immediately qualify. Over-aged and/or married sons and daughters must have a petition on file in order to reserve their place in line. Brothers and sisters of U.S. citizens also need a petition to reserve their place in line for green cards.
Spouses and Children of Permanent Residents
Unless your spouse and unmarried children under 21 are able to apply for permanent residence with your application, they may need to wait several years before they can qualify as your dependent. Read more about eligibility, or schedule a consultation with the attorney to learn more.
